Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Commercial Workstream Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of the commercial workstream within a major transformation programme. This role involves overseeing SAP implementation, engaging with stakeholders across multiple markets, and ensuring governance alignment in a federated operating model. Prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the commercial workstream, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and timelines.
- Oversee SAP implementation activities related to commercial functions (e.g., pricing, trade spend, promotions).
- Engage with market stakeholders to ensure consistent governance and delivery across federated regions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and commercial operations.
- Track milestones, manage risks, and report progress to programme leadership.
- Support change management, training, and adoption planning across markets.
Required Skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in programme or workstream delivery, ideally in CPG or FMCG.
- Proven experience with SAP implementations in commercial domains.
- Experience working across multiple markets with federated governance.
